Rosaria

Rosaria shines as an off-field DPS character that deals the majority of her damage from her Burst. Meta wise, this puts out the most damage in a reverse melt comp and outshines a physical or permafreeze build Rosaria. Her Burst (Q) becomes even stronger when she has high constellation (C2 & C5) and snapshots with a Bennett Q.

Reverse Melt Rosaria

Similar to traditional DPS build, CritRate and CritDmg would take priority over everything else. The only difference is that Elemental Mastery (EM) would be the second most prioritize stat due to the damage bonus for reverse melt. This would put Dragon’s Bane as her second best weapon only below Staff of Homa making it a great F2P option.

She would usually run with Bennett as her Q can snapshot onto his buff. Also be sure to cast Rosaria’s E before Q as CritRate granted by the Ascension 1 Talent will be included with Ascension 4 Talent Bonus as well.

Regarding Weapon Choices:

This section was calculated with 160 ER requirement, which is why ER substats weapons are valued highly here, with lower ER reqs, those weapons may fall off if compared with weapons with more offensive substats.

Dragon’s Bane: This ranking for Dragon’s Bane is only if Rosaria is played in a team comp in which she triggers Reverse Melt, otherwise do not use this weapon.
Wavebreaker’s Fin: On refinement level 5 this weapon is Rosaria’s best in slot weapon as long as her team’s energy cost is 280.
Regarding Artifact Sets:
Lavawalker’s Epiphany (4): Only viable on Rosaria if she’s triggering Reverse Melt, pulls ahead of Noblesse Oblige (2) Blizzard Strayer (2) assuming you can trigger Reverse Melt on all of her kits.
Noblesse Oblige (4): Offers party-wide ATK boost, you can equip this set on Rosaria if nobody else on the team is equipping it.

Regarding Substats Priority:

Elemental Mastery is only recommended if Rosaria is to be utilized as a Reverse Melt trigger, as shown in the Ability Tips section.
