Navia’s Role and Skills
Navia is a main DPS Geo character whose kit revolves around using the shards from Crystallize reaction to deal damage. Every time a crystal shard from the field is collected, Navia would build up stacks to shoot out bullets with her Skill (E). On hold E, she can enter aim mode and continuously collect crystal shards on the field before firing.
Navia’s Burst (Q) bombard an area with Geo damage and then continuously provides supporting artillery barrage over time. Each artillery hit will help build up her stacks.

Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods (4)
A full set of Nighttime Whispers will be Navia’s best artifact as it gives a 40% Geo DMG through absorption of crystals from Crystallize reaction.
This set is pretty much made for Navia as her entire kit revolves around absorbing crystal shards from the field.

ATK set (2)
A 2 piece ATK% set is a decent secondary option for Navia as she scales based on ATK. If you don’t have a Nighttime Whispers yet, this is the go to set while you farm for it.

Golden Troupe (2)
2 piece Golden Troupe is also a good option for Navia as it helps boost her E damage.
Weapon
Verdict (5✩)
Navia’s best weapon would be her featured 5-star claymore ‘Verdict’. The weapon is shaped like an axe and grants buff onto E damage dependent on the number of crystal shards the team absorbs.
The Unforged (5✩)
Unforged is decent option for Navia since it comes with a huge ATK stat and its passive can easily be proc by her through shooting multiple enemies.
Wolf’s Gravestone (5✩)
WGS is another budget 5-star option since the weapon is basically a huge ATK stat stick.
Serpent Spine (4✩)
A decent option for Navia since it is easy to get and provides a huge Crit Rate boost. The full passive stacks may not be fully utilize by Navia since she is theorycrafted to have a quickswap playstyle. Nevertheless, she still benefits from its passive no matter how many stacks she gets.
Talking Stick (4✩)
Another decent option since it provides with a huge Crit Rate and is easily obtain from the BP. The passive can be utilize if she runs with teammates that provides Elemental Aura such as Bennett or Dori.

Skill (E) > Burst (Q) > Normal Attack (NA)
Navia’s Skill (E) is her main source of damage, so her E should be leveled first. Her Burst (Q) comes second as it provides damage through artillery attacks and helps generate stacks for her. Navia’s Nomals (NA) does gain Geo infusion after using her E but due to its short duration, it does not contribute much to her overall damage rotation-wise.

Navia doesn’t have any split scaling so she follows a very standard DPS route of Crit Rate and Crit Damage follow up with ATK to boost her personal damage.
Energy Recharge Requirements
Navia has a low energy requirement of ~120% as she would optimally be running with another Geo character that specializes in generating Crystallize reaction. If you have her at C1, she wouldn’t need any ER at all. She also has a low Burst (Q) cost of 60 so shouldn’t have too much of problem getting her Q every rotation.
