Kuki Sinobu build guide

Kuki Shinobu is an upcoming electro sword character slatted to be released in patch 2.7. She functions primarily as a healer with minor sub DPS capabilities. Her Elemental Skill (E) deals electro damage before creating a ring that follows the character around and periodically heals and damage enemies. This skill has a HP% activation cost for Kuki Shinobu and the healing provided throughout its duration scales based on her HP%. Her Elemental Burst (Q) creates an AOE dealing continuous electro damage for a brief few seconds. Her burst damage scales base on her HP% and its duration would be slightly longer if she’s less than 50% HP.

Kuki Shinobu’s E is arguably the most important part of her kit. With a 80% uptime at C0 and 100% uptime at C2 (extends E by 3 seconds) this makes her one of the best candidate for a 4 piece Tenacity of the Millelith support. Additionally she should be a good off-field applicant for electro aura to set up electro reactions for your main DPS.
