Keqing build guide
Keqing functions as a main DPS character that can specialize in either Electro or Physical depending on how she’s build. Keqing’s Elemental Skill (E) throws a Lightning Stiletto towards nearby enemy. If E is press again, she blinks towards the Lightning Stiletto and do an electro slash. Once her 1st Ascension passive is acquired, she will gain 5s of electro infusion on her normal attacks after blinking. If she throws her Lightning Stiletto and do a charged attack, she will ignite the Stiletto dealing AOE electro damage but gain no electro infusion. These 2 distinction is important because for Electro Keqing you want her to acquire the infusion whereas for Physical Keqing you want her to retain physical damage from her normal attack but still use E to proc Superconduct.
Her Elemental Burst (Q) is pretty straightforward in which she does a series of electro slashes to enemies within her AOE. On her 2nd Ascension passive, Keqing’s Crit Rate is increased by 15%, and her Energy Recharge is increased by 15% for 8s after using her burst. Its also important to remember that because of Keqing’s high multipliers from her Charged Attacks, both Electro and Physical build would prioritize Charged Attacks spam as the main source of DPS.

In terms of most optimal combo for Electro Keqing, you’ll want to cast her E first and then follow up with her burst before recasting E to blink and gain electro infusion. This is because her 2nd Ascension passive gives her an extra 15% Crit Rate after using her burst. Its also worth noting that because of the extra Crit Rate, you’ll wanna cap her build Crit Rate at 75% as she won’t benefit going above 100%.
E (Place Stiletto) -> Q -> E (Blink & Infuse) -> Spam Charge Attack
Most optimal combo
Endgame wise, the strongest teams for Electro Keqing would be Electro-Charged Keqing, Mono Electro, Quickswap Electro and Bennett Anemo.

Regarding Weapon Choices:
Summit Shaper: This weapon can only beat Jade Cutter [R1] when it’s shielded at [R2].
The Black Sword: On a quickswap Keqing, this weapon will be shifted below Harbinger of Dawn [R5].
Regarding Artifact Sets:
Thundering Fury (2) +18% ATK set (2): This set is a generalist set, which means it can be used generally anywhere, whether it be Co-op or Abyss, or other singleplayer content. This has a lot of consistency due to its independence from electro aura, and it is more viable in abyss.
Thundersoother (4): This set should be used with Electro-charged team compositions (Keqing + Xingqiu) or mono-electro team comp (Not Suggested). This set has a 35% Dmg modifier which increases all damage from all sources, although that modifier is a bit unstable due to its dependency to the sustainability of Electro aura on enemies.
Thundering Fury (2) Noblesse Oblige (2): This set is used for Burst/Quickswap AoE Keqing. With this set, you’d want to be using Starward Sword (Q) all the time, which is your main source of DPS with this set.
Aggravate Keqing

With the introduction of Dendro, Aggravate reaction has been a competitive option for electro endgame builds. The catch is that you’ll have to forgo Bennett in the team as you don’t want his pyro to mess with the Dendro application. Aggravate Keqing best artifact set would be the 4 piece Thundering Fury as she can utilize the reaction to lower her E cooldown. This essentially gives her a lot E spam in her combo.
E (Place Stiletto)> Burst (Q) > E (Blink & Infuse) > N1C > N1 > E > 2 N1C
Aggravate combo
In terms of choosing between an ATK or EM sandpiece, the differences are marginal and you should go with the one with better substats. The same can be said for substats priority. The only difference between traditional electro build Keqing with and Aggravate one is the artifact sets option. Aggravate teams tends to put 4 piece Gilded Dreams as a viable artifact choice albeit not the greatest option.

Physical Keqing
In terms of Physical Keqing, you’ll always want to run her with another cryo character that can consistently do cryo damage off field. This is so that Keqing can effectively proc Supercoduct with then follow up with Charged Attack spam. Always remember to never recast her E to blink and gain electro infusion.

Regarding Artifact Sets:
Pale Flame (4): This set is the best by far as Keqing can proc its 4 piece set bonus instantly by charge attacking after casting E.
Pale Flame (2) Bloodstained Chivalry (2): This set should only be used until getting 4PF.
Bloodstained Chivalry (2) +18% ATK set (2): The generalist Physical DPS set.
Retracing Bolide (4): This set should only be used with a consistent shielder (i.e. Zhongli/Diona) for obvious reasons.
Bloodstained Chivalry (4): This set is for general solo and Abyss content where there are multiple mobs that can be killed with charged attacks within 10 seconds, this is for dealing with a crowd, in other words, AoE. It is not recommended because of the kill condition.
